This one bedroom one bath on the fourth floor has an amazing view of the ocean as you walk out on your patio. The property itself is located directly on the beach so there are no roads to cross on your way to the ocean. The resort is well kept and includes 2 pools and several sun decks which allow you to enjoy the views while you eat a meal or get a tan.
This unit is steps from the elevator and coin laundry. It sleeps 6 comfortably with a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room and a full bed along with a twin over a full bunk bed in the bedroom. There are two TVs, a 32" LCD in the bedroom and a 42" Plasma in the living room each is equipped with a HD cable and a DVD player. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, sink and cook top. It also has place settings for 8 along with all the necessary cooking pots and utensils. There is also a coffee pot, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board.
